DC PBK Association Event Refund Policy

A core part of the DC PBK Association’s mission is to provide enriching events and programs for our members. To ensure that the Association raises enough funds to cover the expenses for each event and maintains the financial confidence to continue hosting diverse and engaging events, the Association adopts the following refund policy:

Generally, no refunds will be issued to members after officially completing an RSVP and paying for an event through the DC PBK website. The following exceptions, however, apply:

  • If severe weather causes the event to be cancelled
  • If any third party responsible for hosting the event (e.g. a museum) cancels the event
  • If the member experiences a personal emergency
