
Milo Chang is the Vice President of External Relations for the DC Area Phi Beta Kappa Association. He serves as a Director’s Financial Analyst with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Milo was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa at Williams College, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy and Computer. He delivered the Phi Beta Kappa address at the 235th Commencement of Williams College, for which he was awarded the Dewey Prize and the Muriel B. Rowe Prize.
In addition to his role at DCPBK, Milo is the Treasurer of the Taiwanese American Professionals — DC Chapter, a member of the Board of Directors for the Women’s Center of Montgomery County in Pennsylvania, and a certified Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) preparer with Community Tax Aid. In his free time, Milo paddles with the DC Dragon Boat Club and enjoys learning through Skillette Cooking School.
