Elizabeth “Liz” Marshall Anderson is an Associate General Counsel for the Independent Directors Council at the Investment Company Institute. She is also a Senator-at-Large for the Phi Beta Kappa Society. 
She graduated summa cum laude from Lawrence University in 2009 with a degree in Classics and a minor in Philosophy and received her J.D. at the University of Virginia School of Law.
