DCPBK is seeking to recruit a social media chair to administer the association’s social media accounts. The social media chair designs graphics and writes copy in order to promote our events and engage with members.
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
- Enjoys interacting with diverse individuals over social media
- Self-starter
- Experience with graphic design and marketing a plus
- Experience with Canva a plus
Responsibilities at a glance:
- Manage DCPBK social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Create social media posts to promote DCPBK programs and events and engage members
- Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals looking to connect with the organization through social media
- Assist the Secretary and President with board member recruitment through promotion of board vacancies
