Vice President of Member Experience (VPME)

DCPBK is seeking to recruit a Vice President of Member Experience to lead event planning and day-of event management for annual events and maintain strong relationships within PBK.

Qualifications:

  • Capacity to volunteer up to 10 – 15 hours a month
  • Skilled at event planning and relationship-building
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team of volunteers
  • Is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities at a glance:

  • Build, maintain, and implement sustainable systems for annual event planning and management
  • Co-chair Events & Programs Committee with Membership & Outreach Chair
  • Lead event planning for annual DCPBK events including, but not limited to, booking venues, speakers, food and drink, managing event registrations, publishing events on the DCPBK website and in the monthly newsletter, and adhering to the budget.
