Join PBK for a tour of the Kennedy Center! The tour will highlight the historic events that led up to the establishment of the national cultural center that is also our nation's living memorial to President John F. Kennedy, and will include an interactive exhibit on his life and presidency. We will also learn about the works of art given to the Center, such as Robert Berks's bust of President Kennedy, Willy Weber's Apollo X, and the stunning Israeli Lounge.

The tour will conclude with a breathtaking 360-degree view of the nation's capital from the building's roof terrace.

We will meet at the main entrance hall at 11:45 am. The tour will begin promptly at noon and go for approximately one hour.

Getting there: The Kennedy Center is a short walk from the Foggy Bottom Metro Station (serviced by Orange/Silver/Blue lines) and also has free shuttles that run from the station every 15 minutes. The 80 Bus goes to the Kennedy Center as well. You may also get there by car or taxi.
